As of 1st April 2014, Any Oxford Hoists purchased after the 1st April 2014, they will be guaranteed for a period of five years subject to use and maintenance in accordance with the user instruction manual provided.
The warranty covers the lift's major structure and components including the actuator, control box and handset against manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of five years.
Consumable items, subject to wear and tear such as castor wheels and batteries are covered under warranty for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase subject to use and maintenance in accordance with the user instruction manual.
Damage caused by use in unsuitable environmental conditions or failure to maintain the product in accordance with user and service instructions is not covered. Any alteration, modification or repair, unless specifically prescribed by manufacturer will void this warranty. AAL LTD reserves the right to request return of faulty product for investigative purposes. |
