If your Oxford Sling's label is warn out, we are unable to provide new labels.However, if your slings are within its 12 Month warranty and you have the serial number of the sling, call the company / Dealer whom sold you the sling and ask to make a claim.

 

The Dealer will then complete a return form and send back to Joerns the manufacturer and they will assess the sling. If found that a warranty claim is valid, a new sling will be sent out, if not, the sling will be returned.
